📦 Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Available countries and regions can be confirmed during checkout. Please note that some areas may be restricted from shipping.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Shipping (within Korea): Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Domestic Orders:
    Free shipping on orders over $300.
    → For orders under $300, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

  • International Orders: Shipping rates vary by destination and weight, and will be calculated automatically during checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number and courier information will be sent via email or SMS. You can track your shipment in real time through the courier’s tracking system.

5. Address Errors and Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes (International Orders)
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the order total. If a return is made due to customs issues, only the product cost minus shipping fees will be refunded.

7. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, holidays, customs procedures, or courier-related issues. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed by email. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


🔁 Non-Returnable Items (Important Notice)

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please review carefully before placing your order:

  • Promotional or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Skincare and personal care products

  • Perishable goods (such as food items)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

In addition, any item clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page or at checkout is not eligible for return, regardless of the reason. These policies are in place to ensure product integrity, hygiene, and safety for all customers.
